Choreographic Score to Rosalind Goldberg:
Place yourself in a corner, facing the space, one foot in front of the other. Close your eyes and relax your face as a continuing process of 20 seconds. Then open your eyes widely without any tension in the rest of the face.
Start whispering soundlessly the story of your life, meanwhile your toes are moving with frenetic “curly” moves. When you can’t take more of this, go for a walk whistling. Stop before you really want to (before you get relaxed and comfortable).
In sharp energy and high tempo, raise and lower your arms (challenging) in all directions while snapping your fingers and kneeling/raising repeatedly with continues exaggerated heavy breathing.
Stop. Sit. Relax laughing.
