Cave of a Memory

”Cave of a Memory” was recorded in connection with a Site specific performance at an old fortification in the archipelago of Stockholm in August 1998. During the war the soldiers lived totally isolated on this fort. While not in action they were located underground in the cliffs, almost as in caves. What were they thinking? How did they survive? In this video I concentrate on this one man, on his inner needs, his inner landscape. A brief moment in one mans life. A dance from the cave of a memory.”
